This course is designed to increase the knowledge and comfort level of first-time home buyers and serve as a refresher for repeat home buyers. Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to determine whether they are ready to purchase a home, know how to choose a real estate agent and mortgage, and able to negotiate and close the deal.
